The Student Technology Project at the Middle College provides 21st century technology devices accessible to all students. Prior to the start of this project, student owned devices supplemented student technology needs where the school had fallen short, and at the time there were only enough working devices for less than half of our student population. Students will benefit from this funding because it levels the playing ground for students without the ability to purchase a personal device and allows equal access for every student to benefit from the use of a personal device for instructional purposes. Additionally, with a device for each student, teachers will be able to implement digital teaching and learning practices into all classrooms for all students ensuring a personalized educational experience for all.
